Jaime is a QHHT (quantum healing hypnosis) practitioner, reiki master and trauma informed yoga instructor who is passionate about empowering others by uniting the mind, body and spirit. Her journey began in her young adulthood where she began as a licensed massage therapist and holistic nutrition specialist. Throughout the years her education continued to evolve as well as her offerings which have allowed many to heal and thrive. Come as you are, Jaime will meet you where you are at and connect you to your highest self.
Abby Gregory Jackson’s passion for wellness took root right here in Hartsville, where her journey began as a young teen inspired by health, movement, and a desire to help others thrive. With over 30 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist, Abby brings a deep understanding of the body, movement, and healing to every class she teaches.
For the past 15 years, she’s embraced yoga, Pilates, and barre as part of her personal wellness practice—finding joy in their power to strengthen, center, and restore. She is also a certified SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard) and SUP Yoga instructor, combining her love for nature and mindful movement to create unique experiences on the water.
Known for her warm, encouraging style, Abby is driven by a heart for connection and a genuine love of seeing others grow in confidence and strength. When she’s not teaching or working with clients, you’ll find her planning wellness retreats, exploring the outdoors through hiking and backpacking, or off on her next travel adventure. Abby is thrilled to bring her passion and experience home to The Studio and to help build a space where movement meets meaning.
